By ordering a commission, clients will have to agree to the following terms and conditions. If clients fail to abide these terms, the commission may be cancelled without a refund and usage rights for the artwork may be revoked.

1. Payment is via paypal invoices, vgen or ko-fi in USD / US Dollars. Tips are encouraged and welcomed greatly!2. Payment is due upfront.3. Due to taxation laws, clients are required to provide their full name + address for invoicing purposes. All personal information is kept confidential and not used outside of the invoicing process!4. Unless a specific deadline has been negotiated, completion of the commissioned artwork is up to the artists discretion.5. Additional fees may apply ifa) a specific deadline is to be negotiated,
b) additional characters are to be added,
c) the commissioned artwork is meant for commercial use,
d) the complexity of the commissioned artwork goes beyond initial pricing,
e) major changes are to be made to the commissioned artwork post initial review.6. Unless negotiated otherwise, the expected turnaround for commissioned artwork is between 3 - 8 weeks. Clients will receive an update for each stage of the creation process (sketch - lineart - flat colours - full rendering) and are welcome to ask for changes to be made to the artwork during the sketch phase. Later revisions will create additional costs for the client.7. Refunds are negotiable under specific circumstances. NOTE: Payment for already completed work will be deducted from the initial quote in case a refund has been negotiated. This is solely to make sure the artist is compensated for work they have already done.8. Unless specified otherwise, rights to the artwork remain with the artist. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any use of the artwork for commercial purposes, including resale or use in a business environment, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the artist through a separate agreement.9. Commissioned artwork is a digital good and does not require physical shipment involving any form of tracking services. The client can ask for different types of image files, for example: .jpgs, .pngs, tifs. Open work files will not be given to the client.10. Upon completion, clients will receive a high and low resolution PNG image. Clients will be able to download these files at their convenience using provided links or may request the files to be sent to them via an email service. Sketches will be kept as clean as possible for the clients convenience.11. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for the creation of non fungible tokens (NFTs). Additionally, use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.12. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned artwork for purposes of training artificial intelligence (AI), including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the commissioned artwork. Additionally, use of commissioned artwork for any advertising or profits associated with artificial intelligence technologies to generate artwork is strictly prohibited.
